In order
to represent ALESYS
to the workplace learning community, our Trainers/Facilitators
must be able to model our philosophy and our methods with great
skill and ease. Therefore, we seek candidates who can demonstrate
their effectiveness in managing the learning of a variety of content
for various levels of organizations. We're looking for an
interactive, facilitative teaching style that works with all types
and levels of Learners.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Direct delivery of ALESYS
products to our Customers.
- Demonstrations to our Customers' Trainers of how to
most effectively manage our custom-developed products.
- Certification of our Customers' Trainers to deliver custom-developed
products and/or ALESYS'
professional development programs.
- Managing ALESYS'
certification programs, which includes providing feedback
and coaching to learning professionals in organizations.
This position also requires an outgoing personality,
willingness to travel, excellent health, and excellent communication
skills.
To join the ALESYS
team, you must successfully complete the foundational program
in our Learning Manager CertificationSM
series at your own expense. Managing the Learning Process
Effectively® is an intensive,
4-day professional development program that is delivered by
a Senior ALESYS
Facilitator at our corporate headquarters in Alachua, Florida.
If you are able to demonstrate competence
to our high standards in that program, you may be asked to join
our exceptional team of Contract Facilitators. Approximately
75% of those who pursue this step are invited to join this group.
The value of this program is $1200 for the 4 days, which is
waived for all candidates applying to ALESYS.
You will only be responsible for covering your travel expenses
and the investment of your time to accomplish this step in our
selection process.
